Data Is So Powerful, Right?

I like this idea of a free asking question. I always saw it as an investigation, right? A little bit more from a researcher perspective. And so something that we're doing some really early prototyping experimentation with at the moment is around this understanding that what good looks like might be different for different teams. One of the things we're playing with is around teams supporting teams to set their own goals and then helping them track their progress towards it.
