Is There a Misaligned Incentive?
Incentives, or rather mis allined incentives, that is what leads to a an inferior outcome. This dos exactly none of us, neither people driving cars and nor the people getting rich with it selling gas and oil - not at all. So when you look at it from their perspective, it actually totally make sense to do it. That's something that's usually pretty much logical thinking, right? I'm thinking about how do you reward something somebody am.? And then we have these misalligned incentives.
