SaviCal - What We Learned From It

For SaviCal, we were working on a new pricing model because we were just rolling out meeting polls. The first iteration that we had was basically a Slack-esque freemium model where you can use the tool completely for free and in entirety across usage and features. What we found is that it just completely tanked the conversion rate from sign up to paid. After like a month, we scrapped it, went back to a free trial model which has more constraints,. isn't as I would say user-friendly.
