Kat Kinsman: Do you ever hear from founders in the area that there's concern that there's crowding out from some of the largest tet companies around? Nak: It is true that the big technology companies are thinking about a lot of these problems, but they can't do it all right. The problem is just how you think about your family, because do you want to have a stay at home spouse, or do you wants to really make the dual income family work? I think that's the biggest struggle for men or for women, as any specific sort of discrimination against me as a woman.
