Dr. Kidelson: Medicine is absolutely a team sport and it will only become more of a team sport as the knowledge base continues to grow. She says in order to work together, you have to first ask yourself, is this negotiable or not negotiable? Am I irritated or is there an unsafe practice happening? And so when it comes to if the patient's perfusing appropriately without unnecessary arrhythmias, then whatever they're on, the right answer is what works.
