Is There Any Truth to That?

A lower resting heart rate, lower variability of heart rate is an extremely, extremely valuable biometric component to overall health, wellness, and longevity. We are born with a finite number of times that our heart is going to beat but it's not necessarily set in stone because we can change things over time. To have that level of autonomic control is immensely valuable for emotional regulation but overall health wellness and longevity so I think there's absolutely a point to regulating heart rate throughout the day.
