The Power of Appreciative Inquiry
David Cooper came up with the term "appreciative inquiry" in his doctoral dissertation at Case Western University. He used it to describe a process of discovering what's already working well and then building on that. The applications are almost infinite when you speak to practitioners of appreciative inquiry around the world, he says.
