The Importance of App Intent in the Swift Ecosystem

Swift has a lot of safety features that C++ doesn't have, so the goal behind C ++ Interop is to make it easy to start adopting Swift incrementally. Widget archives can be displayed and no process can be running backing them until interaction happens. And when it does, we invoke an app intent,. launch the extension that produced it and can run the code. So this is a really great way that we've been able to tie this declarative offline view rendering to actual interaction.
