Moore's Law and the Rate of Growth of Computing Capacity

There is actually a section on page seven here at the bottom where beer is talking about the rate of growth of computational capacity. So does mention so he mentions the rate of change, but doesn't mention it tailing off here. But we can sort of make the inference that this kind of phenomena would apply to computation as well as indeed it has with Moore's law being well disproven by events.
