Is the Technical Instruction Model Counterproductive?
Tthe debate around coaching tends to sort of seem to be in two parallel universes, or not parallel universes. One is almost like a free play, and then the other one is a technical instruction. But interestingly, the technical instruction model is counter productive. The very best archers had the ability to be flexible and adapt - they can compensate on execution e will get the outcome that they wanted. And i've seen this across a number of sports. Is is tat. As the people progress in terms of enemy progression, terms of performance level, you'll see a reduction in movement variability,. an anaa line with outcome variability.
