The Role of Phenomenology in Science

Heidegger is still challenging and problematic in many respects. He was quite the Nazi, from what I understand. And apparently he was rationalizing it by saying things like, well, if I did, if I apologize for it or renounced it, people wouldn't believe me. So that's a rationalization if I've ever heard of one.
