How Do We Make It More Emotional?

i've personally felt like working with people who don't look like you, especially when they are, you know, smart and re thinkers, it's incredible how much better the conversation is. And i'm grateful for any time i work with someone where this matnlatoy name a huge list of people who are really willing to rethink things that i might just assume need to stay. I can also think of times when there were paths we were on, and the ability to switch it up and re something might not have been for the best. Yeit's a question. Do you agree or disagree?
