What Is the Roots of Process Scholarship?
The book is written from this more positivest approach, no linear regression models. I do see the roots of process scholarship hidden in the book. It's much more recognizing a own organization is not a static entity. We need to have methodologies and theories that embrace the continuous development of the organization. When something looks stable, that's an effort of people to keep it stable. And when when something is changing, it's the effort of the people to change it.
