The first thing is the team needs to feel, if you want to call it psychological safety or trust, or whatever. They need to feel it's ok to fail, right? And that in itself, takes a while to get to for a lot of teams. So i think it's often creating a space where the team can identify one areas that they're not comfortable with and give them some space to actually create these really small, like what i call micro risks sometimes. Create micro experiments. Get comfortable with micro risks, check in on them, don't let them fade away. Have to have some discipline with this.
