In 2000 he lost his house, father and job in six to eight weeks. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer after a series of digestive issues. After losing everything the only thing that kept him alive were his wife and their dog. In 2003 he went into teacher training but couldn't find work because it was too expensive. The following year he met his wife and they got married two years later.
I am honored to introduce today's guest Paul Hughes from Vivation, the second-oldest registered breathwork school in the world. In this conversation Paul will share not only his own history but that of Vivation, how it came to be, and why it might just be the most important conscious connected breathwork modality in the world!
