I had a buddy who chewed so much he was a non filtered cigarette smoker on the line as well. He just wanted his nicotine and we were living together in the off season when he started having dental issues from all of the tobacco use. Of course he didn't have insurance and I walked into the living room and he had a bottle of Johnny Walker red in his lap and a pair of pliers in his hand. Ultimately it went poorly and he had to actually go get professional dental work but the moral of the story is is yeah like cramming chew and smoking can add up if you're not careful.
