Corey: I don't mind if people see the filings and want to talk about it. It's totally fine. What happens though for the firm that files them is it's considered a securities offering and you go into a blackout period where you are absolutely not allowed to talk about what it is because it's going to be considered a pre sale of the security. So until the filing goes effective you really can't talk about it anyway. But from a compliance and regulatory perspective it's really hard to navigate that stuff.
