Imaginal Exposure
When you have urges for something, an exposure, you're havinga a not in vivo exposure, imaginal exposure. So your mind starts to think about, perseverate about whatever it is that you're addicted to. And the intensity of the urges then start to decrease the more that you can sit with the discomfort of the urge. It's kind o like exposure without the actual physical presence of the substance. Ause i a, i think, have i brought this up, k ony precept, whatever? That a swimming pool at mammoth lakes, california, went us in medical school? I don't believe so, becaus i did.
