How to Avoid Glucose Spikes

The clothes that you put on your carbs are protein, fat or fiber. So for example, on my chocolate cake, I would put some Greek yogurt, maybe a little bit of almond butter into the mix. As a result, any carbs that you eat won't create as big of a glucose spike because the protein, fat and fiber slows down the speed at which the glucose makes it through your system.
