The key is really a simple framework that everybody can find their list of blue-minded activities. And the next thing is okay, prioritize practicing blue mind in some way whenever you need it. I think it's really a personal thing. My mom doesn't like to swim. But she likes to sit on the second floor balcony with a margarita and watch the sunset over the water. That would be red mind. Sure. You may think surfing is great. It may scare the heck out of you. Somebody would get hurt if I tried to do that.
