If the court rules against the SEC, then it's open season in the best way possible. I would tell people when you're dealing with courts, expect very nuanced decisions from lawyers on very long timeframes as you need an expectation. It's probably some common excuse me, some combination of both. They weren't this intransigent under Clayton that they have that under Densler. The highest paid people at the SEC make less than like the average associate capital markets on the Wall Street. We may just not be attracting talent we need to do a good job.
