How to Make Beet-a-Ves

You can make beak-a-ves with or without salt. It's not a sweet drink, and it's not fizzy. You don't have to just use your beets once. If you take the beets out after they've just been in for a four or five day fermentation, that's how long I usually leave it. And if you've put garlic and coriander and bay all in with them as well, they've got the kind of... They're like a marinated beech of the fermentation on them, and yet they're still a bit sweet. Just give me my oat cakes please.
