Final Cut Pro and the Mac uses.fcp bundle files. On the iPad, it's.fcpproj short for project. And inside that buried in a certain directory structure is the.fcpundle directory. So you let the Mac version of Final Cut edit the FCP bundle that's buried inside the bundle for the iPad version and then you bring it back.
