How to Start a Product Discovery Process
The product discovery process in itself is quite a big topic. The question is where do you start? Do you have the problem? You need to evaluate. It's worth also thinking about or mentioning that obviously as you say the ideation phase needs to come after the problem phase. What are you going to ideate if you don't have a right problem? I only agree that I do see it way too often that people jump into this ideation phase. But yeah I think it's totally worth to ideate but you need problems.
