The Effects of Exercises Not Targeting the Quadriceps on Growth

The study participants only performed the quadriceps training that I prescribed as part of the study. They were still able to train their hamstrings and their glutes, but they weren't allowed to perform any exercises like deadlifts or step ups. The number of additional exercises that aren't specifically targeting the quads can influence quad growth is much, much smaller.
