The Fed's Less to Do in the Economic Cycle
The US dollar, the lowest has been in two weeks as well. So we know that other central banks have got more to do. The House view on the RBA is that they're going to go again. Who knows about Canada? Is this saying the Fed has less to do then? We don't know yet. To my point, this is going to be lumpy. But we know that the Fed is further along the economic cycle. And in theory, it will get to that point first. And so that's the point for the dollar. People won't really look at what's going on in China and Europe.
