The Importance of Adaptability

Scott: I don't have learner very high. The seeking out new information does that's not very high for me. But like Kurt said, the adaptability and the arranger piece are what brings it for me. Scott jumps into new experiences and he gains new information. Others jump into new places where there's new information and they form new relationships. They have different experiences because of their conceptual attraction to newness.
