The Supreme Court's Decision in the Heroes Act
The Heroes Act has a very sweeping language in it, which is sort of any national emergency. The purpose of that law was people impacted by 9-11 get a pause on their student loans or whatever. But it had this very broad language. And so it's not inconceivable that the Supreme Court, because we've seen those kind of decisions in the past, but for various reasons, the court didn't buy it this time and said, well, Congress clearly did not authorize this.
