As your oganization ages and ose and gets bigger, people move from a bias for action to not discuss. Leaders with it, they don't just talk, they do. A great idea at the wrong time is not a great idea. You also need patience when you're waiting on results. In other words, sometimes you plant a seed and then it takes time to see a harvest. So you can lead with urgency and with patience.
