It's a very interesting one, just in terms of how little people study it. But i think some of the big things that contribute to epidemic typhus being relatively understudied is because its most vulnerable populations are forcibly displaced migrants. And we talked in our dysentery episode about how many, hundreds of millions of people live without access to sanitation and clean water facilities. If you don't have access to that, how are you going to keep lice off your clothing, right? Right? Yes.
