The Four % Rule
The four % rule is a general rule of thump, but it is a powerful one. Most investors are aiming for returns that exceed four % a year in their investments. In theory, if you spend four% a year and your annual returns are in axcess of four%. You'll never run out of money if you're growing your money. But there are risks involved in that. Jonathan brad: inflation is something i think, it's kind of top of mine for people right now. And i think inflation is running a little hot at the moment.
