I don't think you can fully remove yourself from that and say, i'm going to dream and andmy make those dream come those dreams come true. You sort of need to be able to deeply understand the organization. Everything that happens two years from now is stuff that you put in place to day. And so unless your time horizon goes into five, ten years, and even then, you need to have a certain set of,. like in our dominuls, to fall in place to to make those visions happen.
