The Story of Ritz and Ritz's Ssacking

In 1897, things started to unravel at the Savoy for Ritz and a Scaffier. Throughout their time with the hotel, both men had worked side jobs opening new hotels and restaurants. A misunderstanding over the nature of these side businesses led to him and his partner Ritz being fired. In 1903, a Sc Affier wrote what is probably his most famous book, Le Guid-culinare.
