The early majority, they make decisions based on data. The late majority just wants everybody else to take the risk. If you've got users who are disengaged and don't really use your product, it's unprofitable. So part of being a matur entrepenur is to sayg we are no longer supporting this product. We're deprecating this product. Sorry. It's really about focus. And it's better for them.
