A lot of companies don't spend enough time learning from users that leave them, or actually don't try or buy what we did. The other thing i would say that's obvious to me at times is they haven't defined their activation metrick. I think you could relate that to being an unopinionated or too really focussing more on why you're winning instead of why you're losing.
