The more muscle mass you have on as a human, the more compressive by nature you become. Compression is going to be sacral mutation and anterior tibial translation. So for kids and younger trained athletes, you start to give them the ability to produce force and they're going to start shifting forward in terms of foot contact. It's really easy to see what's happening at this point because it's so focused on compression.
