The Importance of a Unified China
It's a movie about sacrificing the self for the collective and for the importance of a unified China. I need to, again, highlight the fact that one of the thing about mainland Chinese films, even Hong Kong versions of those films, they have alternate endings. It's kind of like the Hays Code, where the villain will be punished. That's why you get the ending of Houdreaux.
