How Do You Inspire People to Lead Through Change?
I think you're catching on to something there, which is competition fires up people. I've noticed that competition fires a certain set of people and it's great. But I've also seen this only in tech, but go the other way, where people just get really weakened. They're not excited where they give up too quickly. A lot of it, I think, is psychology at play. How do you inspire teams to lead through winning and through change? Pepsi or anywhere else? It's very hard. So, Marathon, you've got to keep running this race forever. You can't tell people, let's do it for two years and after that, we can all rest.
