The Story of Patsy Ramsey

In July of 1996, Jambinee won America's Royal Tiny Miss. The following month she finishes second and the Sunburst National Pageant. On December 6th, during the Lights of December Parade, John Binae appeared on her own Little Miss Colorado float. Four days later, on the 17th, the six-year-old was crowned Colorado's Little Miss Christmas. In hindsight, really kind of just an eerie, weird thing that John Binaes would be named the 1996 Little Miss Christmas in 1996.
