How Did You Become a Sales Practice Lead for Winning by Design?

In 2020 was a very rough year for me as a leader, you know, so patient pop man, we were cruising. I like to read a good book and have a good whiskey. And that's where most of my time goes. But also uniquely is like, I only wanted to focus on leadership for the most part. There's sales training everywhere but no Sales Leadership Training. Because without strong leadership, the training doesn't matter. The playbook doesn'tmatter. So that's where I'm spending my time now. And I really enjoy it.
