How Will the Clean Vehicle Tax Credits Be Effectively Applyed to the Supply Chain?

The clean vehicle tax credit is broken into two parts. There's 3,750 that's applicable to cobalt, lithium, nickel, graphite and manganese. The other half is for the production of that of the X percent of value of the battery done in North America. If the tax credit provisions are applied more broadly they will continue to shift.
