Is There a Way to Keep Public Footpaths in Perpetuity?
I wouldn't point people towards the countryside code. That does clearly set ou how people should act with the countryside. And it's all relatively common sense. But also in just enjoy your self as well as yhe have the right to be there. I feel like i've heard sometimes about public footpaths maybe becoming not publicFootpaths, wor they lose their status is there? What's the advice if there's ero of local people to something like that? How could they go about trying tond make sure that doesn't happen and that it can remain sure? So everything that's recorded on the definitive matthas legally recorded, should primarily be there in perpetuity.
