To be exexceptional and be knowning our work, you need to be relatively conscientious. And ou know what? Some addiction issues can lead to creative work. I don't i don't know why planning or strategy exists, and then thr the people who run it aren't passionate. It could just be because the department or group was introduced late, and some one that the company trusted or who was seeking out power, was just put in place. That person might also be a good operator, sopposed to being a good planner. Id expect their numbers would be higher with different kinds of brains, yer, relative to most industries,. but not all.
