What Was It Like Working With Nuns?
i know you went to live for a brief period of time at an abbey in connecticut. And you lived with the nuns, and i'm wondering if your experience there influenced your work. What did it feel like to be cloistered? It's so extraordinary to be working, actually working alongside these nuns. I think the thing that i was looking for when i went there was not only experiencing a mass similar the one that my nuns would have been participating in in the twelfth century,. But also sensing the love between the sisters, the care between the sisters.
