How to Manage Your Career in the Interview Process
I wanted them to know how empowered they were to manage their careers. That's the big thing for me is just like managing your career because I felt like I suffered from that. Here's all the power that you have in the interview process, even though that it's almost designed to make you feel like you're powerless. So if you have that mindset going into the interview that you are the prize, right? Like you bring the value. You are the thing that they need. It changes the way that you interview. And I want its students to have that and to know that they belong in the market in the industrylike they were so much space.
