Is There an Establishment in Russia?
I'm wondering, there must be an establishment in russia that exerts some influence. And i think it's a little bit of a mystery to americans. Well, if that's the case, and b, if it is the case, how exactly these things work? I mean, my impression is there's a certain amount of autonomy exercised by people who appear on russian state t dd. A, you may call them, or people do, call them colabaraters. It could collaborators with the rsum, the regime.
