You're Going to Sinne Against Your Soul
The idea here is that you're not going to get away with this. Verse 10 then makes more sense when it says, thou has consulted, shame to thy house. And have a cook is saying this is a false hope that you will not be able to ever run away from evil if you're participating in these abilities of gaining prophets. I love the definition of sin to him that knows to do good and do with it not to him. It is sin that one.
