Scottish Parliament is called the Scottish Parliament. Wales and Northern Ireland, they all have an assembly. Is that not the same thing as a parliament? It's basically the same thing. Just different now. I think Scotland's got more power. So the government has the right has the power to suspend those parliaments or assemblies. And the Northern Irish one is particularly susceptible to this.
To qualify for British citizenship, one of the requirements is to pass the "Life in the UK" test.
