I think a lot of the problems in the workplace now and look I say this from someone who's run a company that's been fully remote for 15 years. How we run our business and how we get together and things is very different than most but you know this engagement crisis in the workplace. A lot of people aren't part of a team they're kind of like a they're like a freelancer and a freelance thing and they don't feel any connection so they say that they people don't know what's good for them.
