And apparently they just train the hell out of you, and you just learn the building process from top to bottom. That's how wat i would recommend if someone wanted to get in general contracting somor if you want avymor very personal, personable business network. A experience general contractor is the experinced general contractor. He doesn't have to mess around wth the subs. Like, there's no question about any work quality issues. If it's messed up, he knows tey're ong to come back.
